On 4 January 2024, at approximately 1745 hours local time, Teller County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a reported mailbox explosion at the intersection of County Road 11 and High Chateau Road in the Florissant area. At the scene, deputies found a bank of four oversized mailboxes destroyed with pieces scattered across the road. A detective with the Colorado Springs Police Metro Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit assisted with the investigation, and evidence from the scene was sent to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation for further analysis. The investigation is ongoing.
 

On 1 January 2024, at approximately 1450 hours local time, local authorities received a report of a suspicious object outside a home in Newry, Northern Ireland. Army technical officers responded to assist and examined the device, described as a pipe bomb, before removing it from the scene for further forensic examination. No further device details were provided. The same property was targeted on 18 October 2023, when two improvised incendiary devices (IIDs), described as petrol bombs, were thrown into the yard, starting a fire. The investigation is ongoing.
 

On 31 December 2023, at approximately 0500 hours local time, unidentified suspects used explosive devices to attack ATMs at a bank located in Bundenthal, Südwestpfalz, before fleeing the scene. It is unclear if any money was stolen. Witnesses reported hearing the explosion, which destroyed the ATMs and the building housing them and ignited a fire, which fire crews extinguished. No injuries were reported. Local explosives experts responded to assist and conducted a post-blast analysis of the scene. No additional devices were discovered, and no device-related details have been released.

On 30 November 2023, at approximately 0400 hours local time, local authorities received a report of arson caused by an improvised incendiary device (IID), described as a Molotov cocktail, in Rosslare Harbour, Wexford. The IID destroyed a forklift at the construction site of an asylum seeker center. No injuries were reported. The investigation is ongoing.

TRIPwire, 6 June 2023 On 6 June 2023, at approximately 0100 hours local time, Montreal police (SPVM) officers responded to a restaurant in Montreal, after an unidentified suspect was seen throwing an improvised incendiary device (IID), described as a Molotov cocktail, at the facade of the building. Fire crews quickly extinguished the blaze. The building was severely damaged, but no injuries were reported. The SPVM Arson Squad is handling the ongoing investigation.
