Delaware: Homemade Pipe Bombs Discovered in Domestic Violence Investigation, One Arrested
Georgetown: On 11 November 2025, Delaware State Police arrested a 61-year-old male who fled the day before following a domestic-related incident. While conducting a check of the residence, as part of the domestic violence investigation, troopers found drugs, guns, and what appeared to be homemade pipe bombs. Delaware Police Explosives Ordnance Disposal Unit responded to the scene, removed the devices and rendered them safe. Detectives secured the scene and obtained a search warrant for the property. On 12 November 2025, detectives executed the search warrant for the property.
