South Carolina: Possible bomb making materials found in vehicle after traffic stop, one arrested
Myrtle Beach: On 17 February 2026, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, along with the Myrtle Beach Police Department, searched a car in a tow lot in Myrtle Beach. Possible bomb making materials - gunpowder and several firearms - were found in the car, according to police. The car was towed to a nearby towing company following a traffic stop arrest on 16 February 2026 of 31-year-old male suspect of Darlington after they found the individual to be in possession of narcotics.
